¿What’s Venture Audio Link?
Venture Audio Link is the first Aux-In input developed for the Yamaha Venture Royale (First Gen Venture). You can plug any external audio source and listen through the bike’s original audio system. Fully handmade, this is not an industrial production.
The central unit is a small box (50 x 36 x 24 mm) with 3,5 mm jack input for external audio source.

- NOTE: Our power adapter works at 220V (Europe). If you live in USA (110V) and others, we recommends buy the bluetooth kit in your country, amazon, ebay…
Connection
The VentureMp3 installation is very easy. Plug it between the cassette deck and the amplifier controller as showed in the photo. Just one wire, plug and play.
How does it work?
You can use a regular external Mp3 player, GPS, iPod, Smartphone and use it without the Bluetooth device. However, if the external audio source does not have the signal amplified, sound volume will be bit lower than the one Bluetooth devices provide. Still, the volume will be good enough to listen to music nicely and without any distorsion throughout the speakers at 75-80 mph highway speeds.
When using the Venture Audio Link, simply turn on the radio and the music plays (you will still see the radio station digital numbers in the radio display), but the music listened would be the one from the external audio source. If you simply turn off the external audio source, you run out of battery on it or unplugg it, the radio music comes back to the speakers (or headsets).
When using the Bluetooth device, you can associate your cell phone (only for music, no calls) or gadget with Bluetooth and play the music from your pocket, trunk or handlebar in a wireless way. The Bluetooth receiver amplifies a bit the sound for best quality.
Works similar to FM transmitters, only that this device doesn’t have any kind of interferences or strange noises (engine, etc…) as other devices have. If you don’t have any Bluetooth gadget, you can plug an additional Bluetooth transmitter to send the audio signal to the Bluetooth receiver.
